Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Our logistics partner will collect the item, and our technical team will inspect it to ensure it is in original condition with all components and manuals intact.

  Refund Processing

  Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• 4.
  Exchange Option

  If you received a defective or damaged appliance, choose the 'Exchange' option during your request for a priority replacement at no additional cost.
